Message from President/ Yao kanaami's CSR guideline
■To our customers
We would like to express our thanks for your patronage.
Yao Kanaami will soon celebrate its 100th anniversary, counting from the year 1917 when my grandfather founded its predecessor at Takeya-machi in Osaka city.
We will evolve and grow further so as to be a company needed and relied upon by customers all over, till we celebrate the 200th anniversary and beyond.
In order to be such a successful long-distance runner, we continue daily endeavor to boost our four powers: power of product development, power of quality control, power of cost reduction and power of proposing solutions.
Yao kanaami's Products in the World
Yao Kanaami s helm has been passed on from my grandfather to my father, and on to me. And my mission is to hand over the company, with the long-earned technology and expertise developed further, to the next generation.
Yao Kanaami is a small company, but stays on course to become a company that provides products having high added values to clients around the world.

（1）Clarify and review the promotion measures and systems within the company, observe it steadfastly.
（2）Exercise corporate ethics and compliance duties.
（3）Promote global warming fighting measures, energy saving, and green purchasing practices aimed at the improvement of safety and environmental conservation.
（4）Place top priority on the safety and quality of the products to become a trusted company.
（5）Establish a response program to emergencies so as to be capable of immediately coping with the situation and managing the information system.
（6）Improve corporate transparency and actively communicate with stakeholders.
（7）Build human resources while paying attention to human rights.
（8）Enhance our supply chain through cooperation with suppliers, dealers and logistics companies.
（9）Participate as a corporate citizen in social activities with the residents of the community.
